Gina's Room

As the sun is setting, look out the window in this room to see the beautiful rolling hills in the distance. During the day, the light will shine through the sheer, elegant drapes. In the evening, make sure to dim the lights and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of being on a family farm in Iowa!

This room can be described as soft, delicate, and romantic. The furniture throughout the room is simple and elegant. What sets this room apart from the others is the large window dressed with graceful curtains, which compliments the luxurious queen-size bed. This room has a mounted TV/VCR unit. My mother, who was an avid movie-connoisseur kept a  “library” filled with her favorite VHS movies for you to browse and enjoy. The bathroom has a large stand-up shower with a dainty corner sink.

For those of you staying in my room, plan on curling up in the gorgeous bedding and waking to a fantastic breakfast! In addition to a memorable stay at the historic Dutch town of Pella, you can look forward to a superb cup of coffee (a house blend made just for De Boerderij) and famous Dutch treats as a snack.
